1st Franklin Financial Gornto Rd, Valdosta

Used them years ago (so this review is late) and discovered my closed-out account that I had paid off (albeit belatedly) was reported as unpaid. They were not only rude when I called to address it, but unhelpful. For all I know they pocketed my cash. Needless to say I never went back and suggest you don't either. IF you must, pay CLOSE attention to everything, at least.

First, 1st First Franklin was definitely there in my time of need. But most importantly as I was a resident of Valdosta, GA Alecia was definitely my rock during my whole process!! I have been a customer with them since 2018 to 2021 & would definitely return to the Valdosta office if I could. I say if could because I moved back home to Columbus, ga & they were very helpful as well but the Valdosta office. Alecia & Miss Cecilia have been most helpful!! I would return if I could!!! I will always cherish the professional relationship with the Valdosta, GA Office!!!

Alecia was a pleasure to work with and very quick to get my second loan with then set up. Very happy with my experience thus far. Also their loan management website is very convenient when making payments from the comfort of my own home.

I went in just to make a payment and the associate was very disrespectful! I refused to give her an explanation for my bill being late and she caught an attitude. We are not friends and I don't know her it's none of her business. She then began yelling and cussing. The whole time her assistant manager was behind me watching and ignoring the whole situation. It was not until I asked for a different associate to take my payment that the assistant manager even acknowledged me. When I asked her why she didn't intervene when her associate was screaming and cussing, she caught an attitude! She didn't even apologize for her associates horrible customer service.

I have been doing business with Valdosta 1st Franklin for over 11 years. Alicia and Chelsea have always went above and beyond to help me. From day one I have always been made to feel like a part of their family. They do everything they can to get me the amount I need and are always happy to let me know when I can get more. Now my son will be using them as well as he begins to build his credit. If you make your payments and communicate with them then you will absolutely have a wonderful experience.

Love them! They go above and beyond to help you. And I wanna give a very special shout out to Alicia Hughes...she is AWESOME❤ so corteous, attentive, polite..she is just so personal and makes you feel special.. She's very GENUINE and cares. Love her!❤

HORRIBLE "customer service" treated me so disrespectful. What's worse is the assistant manager, Alecia was the worst of all of them with the worst attitude. No body wants to do their damn job.
