Without a doubt,this was a great experience, and Diane made it simple, and answered all of my many questions. I can't recommend them enough! During the time from the initial call, to the closing, i experienced a tornado, a death in the family, and less than expedient service on document requests from my old mortgage provider. Diane and the 1st Family team was patient, helpful, and kind. It was just all around, top notch customer service! Thank you Diane!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I was working with Clint Jones who told me at the end of September 2021 I qualified and we would get the process started. I sent every document requested immediately or within 72 hours. Two months went by and I had been told we were waiting for an appraisal. Another month, no contact. I reached out multiple times and was given the run around every time. I could never get a straight answer from him about anything or why it was taking so long. Seems to me that he lost my file and wouldn’t fess up to that. Here it is, 6 MONTHS later and he’s sending me a withdrawal letter because he failed to do his job. I’ll be filing a report with the BBB as well. He put me through so much stress. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Now I get to start the process all over again. Of course, he refused to answer his phone each time I called, too. Be careful!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest waste of time ever, tried refinancing my home but never even got a phone call back after i spoke with two people. The guy i spoke to first ended up taking my information and then emailing it to one of their so called agents. The guy finally called me and asked how much my home was worth i said i didnt know so he uses zillow for an estimate. I couldn’t believe it tells me my 2 story home was worth 106k i said sir i paid 127k for it 10 years ago. He then told me he would call me back after he talked to some of his contacts in my area that were home appraisors to set up a date. POS never called back, i owed 100k on my home i ended up listing and sold for 185k and got a new home loan with my local CBS bank that absolutely went out of their way to make sure i was able to purchase my dream home. I will never call this company or do business with them again, pulled my credit for absolutely nothing never followed up on a phone call absolutely zero stars couldn’t believe id be treated this way after so many positive reviews wow stunned hope they dont waste your time if they you reading this! They sure did mine

Everyone has a dream of where they'd like to end up. Ours was a cute house with a quick walk to the beach. We found it. And David & Conrad and the crew at 1st Family Mortgage made it happen. I am self-employed. My finances are weird. And this house just seemed like another dream that I couldn't figure out how to navigate towards. Everything that Conrad says in his ads are 100% true! Our experience with Jimmy, Jennifer, and Steve couldn't have been better. We moved into our house a little over a year ago and weren't sure if re-financing was even a worthwhile experience. Come to find out, we were able to have a similar monthly payment, lower interest rate, and less years on the loan. Assuming we stay in this house, we will pay our house off 4 years earlier and save about $50,000! For months I was telling my wife about Save with Conrad and she still can't stop commenting on how fast and easy the process was. We probably could've closed almost 2 weeks sooner had our insurance company not dragged their feet on providing a document. They are on it and do not waste any time! I've been telling everyone I know about this experience. My mom and her husband recently re-financed with another company and it took months to close. My entire experience was first rate. I set up a call with my current mortgage servicer to discuss a refinance. They never called me within the window, so I visited savewithconrad.com and filled out the form. I was called within 10 minutes to get the ball rolling. I was in the process of a refinance with my current mortgage lender when I reached out to 1st Family Mortgage Company. My reason for doing so was because my lender was taking too long on the appraisal process. When I reach out, I was already at month 3 with my lender. From the initial reaching out to closing with 1st Family, it took all of a month. Clint was my POC (Point of Contact) and he was AMAZING!! I highly recommending them. I was able to virtually get rid of my PMI and I still have a reasonable mortgage payment.

Easy process with friendly people. When we first purchased our home it was stressful, but the refinance part was not. For years I have been listening to Conrad talk about saving money and I kept putting off filling out the form for an inquiry. Well one day me and my wife were discussing lowering our monthly payments and I mentioned that I heard on a wrestling podcast that people were saving money. I had never done a refinance before period Derek and his crew made it as easy as possible. Anytime that I had questions they responded quickly and were very helpful. They saved me $1500 a year on my mortgage and also 2 months without a mortgage payment is always pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Jimmy was amazing to work with. He stuck w/ me as I was going through a reassessment and allowed me to figure this out before revisiting refinancing. It was worth the wait. On a house that was purchased in 2019 Jimmy was able to shave off 3.5 years which will save me ~$80k over the life of my loan and even saved me $20/month on my payment. The only way to rate the First Family Mortgage team any higher would have been to sign the closing papers in the Tokyo Dome! We ran into some issues trying to close my refinance by the end of the year, which were out of our control, and Larry and his team worked hard to get it done. I was able to eliminate 10 years off of my loan, get some cash, and cut my rate in half with little change to my monthly payment. The best part is I can now tell all my buddies that my mortgage guy is married to Ric Flair’s daughter! I see where Conrad gets his silky smoothness...it’s from Larry “The Legend” Thompson!
