David and Ann are straight shooters that go the extra mile to get loans closed. They have a fantastic support staff and together, they make you feel like family. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! David and everyone on his team are extremely responsive, even during off hours (weekends, late nights, early mornings, etc). They answered every question quickly (like within minutes) and made the process extremely simple! I even appreciated their personality through emails (smiley faces, etc.) it reassured me even more so, that they were happy to help and the million offer letters they kept having to write, didn’t bother them lol
