I called for the third time and BOA's supervisor just won't admit their fault by putting closed account under bill pay and just blame me making the mistake. Also, they asked your consent to record the conversation but they don't give you the consent to record the conversation. He just said the payment was rejected but he wouldn't provide more information on that and asked me to contact my bank.
I also tried to contact their Facebook support and just no one is there to help.
I don't think they really want to provide the service. They just want your money."
