    The opening hours is really a issue. Plus not this branch only but BOA in general - if you call them around 3:45pm, they would just put you on hold until 4pm and just hang up on you. Another issue - BOA online website would show up your old closed account which you can still make payment to. If you never found out about that they just take your money. I called to speak with them regarding the payment misapplication issue and then they gave me a "confirmation number" saying it will take 1-3 business days so I thought okay the misapplied payment can be just transferred to the right account. However, after three days no posting of the payment I called again. They said that the request was rejected. Was I told that the request can be rejected? Definitely not. She also said the payment was returned to my checking account. Have I received it? Definitely not. I'll need to call the third time and they may still take extra 10 days of the loan interest just because of their system error. How dare you that you call yourself providing world class service? Shame on you BOA. BTW, you forgot to update your business hours on your website. It still shows your call center open until 8pm but you actually close at 7pm sharp. Update: I called for the third time and BOA's supervisor just won't admit their fault by putting closed account under bill pay and just blame me making the mistake. Also, they asked your consent to record the conversation but they don't give you the consent to record the conversation. He just said the payment was rejected but he wouldn't provide more information on that and asked me to contact my bank. I also tried to contact their Facebook support and just no one is there to help. I don't think they really want to provide the service. They just want your money.

    Very slow service. Old people made to stand outside. Long wait and long lines.

    This is a follow up review to the review I left yesterday. Since Bank of America allowed someone to take $1000 out of my bank account my primary account with Wells Fargo is now $200 in the negative with overdraft fees piling up. I also just got a notification that some of my bills are now getting declined. The negligence of Bank of America just completely turned my life upside down and all I got in response to my initial review was a generic canned response. To make matters worse Wells Fargo won’t fully refund their overdraft fees since I’ve had some refunded them in the past. The ironic part about all of this is when I try to use my card when I was out of state it got declined but someone else was able to just walk up and take 1000 out of my account. If negative stars were an option this branch would deserve all of them, not just for the money stolen out of my account but for the other people who had money to stolen from them at this branch.

    All these banks of America should be completely ashamed of yourself. Not only did you reduce your hours to 4pm which who in America that works a 9am-5pm can make it there in time... but when you do go in after waiting in a 45 min line. Just to get told that you CANT EVEN OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT making an appointment. And then the appointment is set for 15+ days from the day you go in... this is embarrassing. How can u run a business like that. No wonder u guys have so many 1 stars. I'm sure they would rate u 0 stars if they could. You lost my business after this is my 4th trip inside your branch and I still don't have an account. People don't use bank of America.

    My card kept getting declined at the terminal (they said it was the merchants wifi), so I stopped to see what was wrong. My husband spoke with an account specialist while I waited in line. He updated our mailing address and asked for a new debit card since his was cracked. The rep wanted to talk to him about a preferred rewards account. My husband declined and just wanted to update our address and order a new card. Days later I get an email about my new account. Eleven days later, no new card. My husband called and she never ordered it, just changed our account type after we said no.

    They have a bunch of workers present but apparently only one person at the teller booth actually does her job. The reset of the workers there does absolutely nothing so there's always a super long line that goes super slow so expect to waste a lot of time waiting there. Bank of America is absolutely the worst bank. Thank god I mainly bank at Chase. Even Wells Fargo does a better job at servicing customers.

    I arrived at the bank at 3:30 to complete a transaction. The securtiy guard walked me and informed the manager that i was waiting. There was three customers infront of me, she assigned the first customer to a representative to assist them. The second customer was told he needed to reschedule for the Friday the following week. I was called at 3:40, when I told her the transaction I needed she said needed schedule an appointment for the following day because they closed at 4. I said it's not 4 yet and she replied your transaction takes about 25 minutes and we close at 4. I said, so your telling me you can't help me? She replies, until tomorrow I can schedule and appointment for you. I rushed to the bank on Scheilsmen and the the bank manager Judith was very and polite. Mine you arrived at 3:58 and she was able to complete my transaction. I Limonite branch you should learn from Judith

    Their website gives conflicting information on if they will be open. Calling the branch is a joke as no one picks up the phone. They usually have 2-3 tellers working but another 4-7 employees doing nothing. I only go their for my job. Other then that. Would be wise to stay away

    Avoid this Bank of America location at all cost. I thoroughly believe that an employee is helping someone steal money from the customers. $1000 was withdrawn out of my account while I was out of the state with the card in my possession. Many others have also reported that they’ve had money withdrawn out of their accounts from this Bank of America location. This branch should be shut down and reported for fraud, it must be someone on the inside because it frequency and card copying.
