She said "mkay sounds good" and hung up on me after 50 minutes of being transferred around. Over $24. Mona, you are a disgrace and my 3 year old son has more compassion that you. You deserve to be fired. And shame on the reginal manager for ignoring my plea for help with this unprofessional branch manager you have employed. I can't wait to show up tomorrow and rip my funds out of this bank and close the account. I have 15 or more friends and employees who bank here as well who will be closing their accounts along with me after hearing how disgraceful and unprofessional the management is.. Hopefully after your location loses tens of thousands of dollars from closed accounts they'll start treating the locals with more respect."
