I stated I felt that wasn’t fair as this was a simple mistake, and she stated that was the best they could do. I have history in banking and have run multimillion dollar businesses; I know that she was lying.
I stated if they could not do anything further I would be canceling my account and leaving a 1-star review describing the situation and how the manager Crystal had handled it. Again, I’m entirely disgusted with this unnecessary corporate attitude in a small town bank. I’m now heading there to cancel my account before they can impose even more fees and continue business with WCCU and using the Cash App."
