After 15 minutes he said he absolutely could not find any record of my application. I guess Mrs. Sellwood just rejected it without any further communication, and it's just gone. So I got a hard inquiry negatively affecting my credit and they didn't even treat me well nor make any effort to communicate with me. The customer service rep on the phone then disconnected the call with me (possibly by accident), but after being on hold for over 1 hour, and to then being hung up on like that, and being told they couldn't find my application anywhere, I have to be honest, it really hurt and stung to be treated like that. I have sent multiple e-mails to Mrs. Sellwood asking for follow-up on the application, and she has not even bothered to respond. I wish I could file other consumer complaints against this business, and I am looking into options for doing this."
