They should history my account instead of embarrassing me in front of other customers who can clearly hear their rude comments. Your IT department should be able to flag an honest account somehow so your Clerks do not have to interrogate a customer at the window. I don’t mind being asked “What kind of check is this “ but to repeatedly be treated like a 69 year old criminal trying to deposit a monthly paycheck is a bit too much. Having read some of the other reviews I feel better as I am not wrong in my perception of rudeness."
