Haven't been able to figure out to what and all they keep telling me is that is not possible and won't even check it for me. Another time they deactivated my debt card because of a possible breach of my information. (correct thing to do). However it took them 2 weeks to send me a new card. I have direct deposit and couldn't even get to my money. I am seriously thinking about switching banks. I have had nothing but headaches with the banking system and can't afford to keep wasting hours upon hours with their systems."
