A Banker name Shelley walked out of her office, like I was stealing, embarrassed me and yelled like I was a little child instead of saying hey miss Im sorry you cant use that, she yanks my papers out of my hands, forcefully, and said hey what are you doing, you cant do that... first of all, you are not to place your hands on me . period. I responded with I am faxing, and was told if your a customer you could do it for free. She said yeah your trying to fax something I cant see? what in the heavens is going on here???? I felt like a victim of robbery or something, I was just faxing, and didnt want to bother people as they looked busy... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, it is assault to take peoples property from them, no matter the case, She needs a new job, or to get laid, either way. she is a horrible customer service rep, However, as I said, I have been a customer of Huntington, and Love the customer service at Hayden Run and Britton Parkway. And will keep my business there."
