Hard times rolled upon me and I remembered I had never got the money! Which could have and be very hekpful. So yes there is a lot to be improved but however still a very good bank to have an account with! Also android pay doesn't seem to be available with fifth third bank, always says that this bank doesn't support it yet which is inconvenient, esp when technology and cell phones are with us everywhere we go. A virtual wallet if you will. Work on those few factors and this bank could be the BEST!"
