First of all once approved for $1000 I was told I could close the loan online and wouldn't have to go to the office (all necessary documents and pictures of my vehicle were uploaded). Then when I called to proceed to close the loan I was told because it was $1000, I would have to go to the branch and bring my vehicle. When I got there, I sat there for 30 minutes before we even started. Then I was told I only qualified for $500, which means I wouldn't have had to drive 45 minutes in the first place. I am really disappointed. I have been doing business with Mariner for many years and have never been treated this way. I have to say that my customer service rep (Toni) really tried hard to get the money I needed, but I guess the underwriters changed their mind. I am not sure I will ever renew my loan here again.

This is the third time of working with Mariner for a personal loan and all experiences were awesome. And the office staff is wonderful.

Was very happy with the help from the staff, they were not just willing to help me but happy to help me with acquiring a loan! They did that with ease and made me feel great about it the entire way. I was completely blown away with the fact that there was not a single moment when I felt like I was looked at or dealt with any different from others because I had a poor credit score.
