When I began the process to buy my first home and I reached out to a few lenders. Most of them were the major banks, but I'm so glad I found and got to work with Z and United Home Loans. He made the process super easy and guided me through each step. Most importantly, he was responsive and always made sure to respond quickly to all the questions I had. I waited over a week for a response from one of the big bank lenders. But that was never an issue with Z and his team because they provide top notch customer service.
