Zions phone answering service was terrible, at least between 3 and 4 pm yesterday. I spend 17 minutes on hold when a lady finally answered and asked if she could help me. When I began to tell her what I needed she hung up. Guess she was in a hurry. So I called back and after 25 minutes on hold I spoke with Desi. She was very kind and we made an appointment. I met with her today and could not have been treated better. She was competent and caring to my need for records. My need caused me to call both Key Bank and Washington Federal -both their phone service and personal service were great.

This branch is the best! I went to the branch on 1400 N previously and wasn’t overly fond of a teller I had there. He belittled and acted very haughty with me and 2 other customers in a matter of 45 minutes. So after that I went to this branch to close out some accounts. I was greeted as I entered and Desee was so nice. She helped me close out old account that got pretty confusing and even called the corporate office for me. It took some time but she was patient and friendly and everything a bank teller should be. If I ever bank with Zions again I’ll be going to this branch to do it. Awesome customer service and very professional!

Since Zions deleted my review I'll do another one. My problem with Zions started with me trying to buy USU season football tickets online. I had the money in my account to cover it but Zions kept declining my card. So I physically pulled money out to get my tickets. Zions fed me the lie that the problem of me being declined is on USU'S side. Pretty soon my card was being declined everywhere I went. So I assumed that my card was bad. And while ordering a new card the bank person dug deeper and found out that there was a block on my card. The reason is because they thought buying LOCAL football tickets was a fraudulent charge and I had tried multiple times. Well of course I tried, I had the money in my account and I was entertaining in the right numbers on my card. At this point I'm told the problem with my card is fixed. I tell the teller that if it happens again then I'm gone. Well I get the new card and lo and behold the same problem is still happening. I could have over 1,000 in my account but I can go to one business and have my debit card approved, then go to a different business and get my card declined all in the same day!!!! So I was fed up with Zions bank at that point. I go in to close my account and she asks me why. I give her the reason why and she feeds me the same bs lie. Oh the problem is on their end and not ours. NO, it is on Zions end and yes it's your fault. They have no clue as to what their doing at this bank. Guess they don't care or realize how frustrating and embarrassing it is to have ample funds but yet to get approved and declined depending on where I go all in the same day.... Avoid Zions bank like the black plague.

I love the bank and the tellers are nice when I can actually get there when it's open. The hours are horrid if you work 10+hrs a day Monday thru friday. And The fact they aren't open on Saturdays doesn't help. Also their atm had been broken for over a month now.

Banks suck and favor the rich. Be poor and suffer consequences... Ruined credit score, made up debt(overdraft) Extremely coersive, dracoinan policies. just because the staff is nice, doesn't make the company they work for any less greedy and abusive.

I'm editing my original review to 2 starts because Trent was able to help me when I called two months later. Original review below. Trent is 5 stars, the rest of the branch is 1 star. I have been calling for 3 days to talk to someone at this branch. Every time I've called this branch, they let it ring, then my call is forwarded to a call center. Since my question is specific to this branch, the call center calls them for me. They still don't answer. I called seven times. Today they answered and told me that my issue cannot be resolved before I leave town. Maybe if they'd have answered 3 days ago, this wouldn't have happened. I've never left a review before, but this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This bank has subpar reviews, try somewhere else.

This is the by and large the slowest bank that I’ve ever visited. It takes 20 min to do even the most basic transaction here, not to mention the most poorly thought out drive through design I’ve encountered.

Disappointing branch. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and unpleasant. This bank does NOT fit the culture of Logan UT. They should retrain the employees, the phone is NEVER answered and the employees have no compassion. I remember when banks used to care :(

The worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The customer service was horrendous and the policies unreasonable. I will be taking my banking elsewhere.
