Zions Bank Idaho Falls/Downtown S Utah Ave, Idaho Falls

This bank puts a lot of effort into customer service. I've always been treated like a millionaire when I bank here. I've been a customer for over a decade and they really get to know their customers. The personal bankers, tellers, and managers are wonderful and have taken great care of me. Great experience banking here.

Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life! They have given my mom the run around for 3 weeks after she just lost her husband. Couldn't get anyone to help her to set up basic accounts or even order her own checks. They canceled several appointments and after I tried to talk to a manager they told me to go to another bank because they don't want to deal with us anymore.

Great location! I am a non USA resident and had to cash a cheque here recently. The staff were friendly and very efficient. I wish my home bank was as good. As for the premises, top notch! Beautiful building outside and inside and I had to use the restroom, it was like being at an expensive hotel! Like I said, I wish my homebank was as good!

Use this bank for business. If it was my call we would bank elsewhere.

I opened an account three years ago with the Weiser, Id branch and have been doing business with the Idaho Falls branch for 1-1/2 years. Both branches are 5 star and genuinely friendly and helpful. A few months ago I noticed a direct deposit had been delayed until the middle of the nite and most banks will deliberately subtract all charges before crediting deposits as an excuse to make multiple nsf charges - they did not (no nsf charge).

This is the worst bank ever!!! Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere! They’re slow, their overdraft fees are ridiculous. I have a military advantage account, and I honestly believe the features, or lack thereof, aren’t any different.

Very disappointed as a potential first time customer. Wanted to open up a checking account and no one was there to help me... at 2:30 in the afternoon! Looks like from this Google search, that's the busiest time! Was there on a lunch break and was asked to come back. Sorry friends, working people don't have that kind of time. Can't believe there was only 1 person there that could help me open up a checking account! Also, them closing at 5 doesn't help either :( Booooo

SLOW!! I have to come to this bank several times per week to deposit cash for my job. It is never a quick bank run, I have to plan that it'll take at least 25 minutes, most of it spent waiting in line. They always have several people at the front, but every single one of them are slow

Want to keep 5% to cash a check drawn on their bank!?!?!? Asinine. Was looking to switch my business checking there but they can forget about it. No wonder small businesses like mine are using credit unions more and more.
