I can't believe how quickly and professionally Zeus handled my refinance. They were no BS straight to the point respectful and did everything they said they would. Stephanie and Diana kept me up to date twice a week every week, they really make a great team. They beat out 3 other lenders I received quotes from in terms of interest rate and estimated closing time. I'm still in shock they got this deal done in less than 30 days very seamlessly. I don't know why I haven't worked with them before, but I definitely look forward to working with them again soon!! Thank you Zeus!

Had difficulty getting info out of the person who started my loan, and I had to walk them through the math as the initial documents sent didn’t make sense. Then I got a nee loan officer without being notified my original one had been transferred to another department. Generally have trouble getting info or having calls returned.

Don’t do it to many fees and jenifer in the services department doesn’t do her job . I use someone else with not that many fees and no inspection fee to get withdrawals . I will say Tammy is the nicest person and got stuff done after I had problems.
