Highly recommend working with Giuseppe Battaglioli. My husband is very detail-oriented and did extensive research into lenders including 8 interviews, before settling on Giuseppe. He is knowledgeable, fast, and available when you need him, all of which are invaluable qualities especially in the current market. We were able to close on our house incredibly quickly because he is just that good. When we are ready to upgrade to a larger home as our family grows, we will certainly come back to him.

Jessica was fantastic all around. She was very responsive and accommodating. I appreciated that if she didn't know something off the top of her head, instead of guessing, she would look into it and get back to me in a timely manner. I had some trepidation about mortgage brokers from the concept of being "mortgage middle men", but after a horrid experience with a credit union, I was willing to take a chance. I'm happy to say my preconceived notions were totally wrong, Zenith was focused on making sure I got the right loan amount at a good rate with all the correct paperwork first, *and* was able to make sure I made my closing date. Incredible customer service experience, and is my first recommendation to my friends if they ever need a VA home loan.

Casey went above and beyond on multiple occasions. We had some issues getting the solar panel company to move in a timely manner in order to switch accounts for the sale and he was able to find a work-around. He was quick to respond even after hours as well as on weekends, especially as we got closer to closing. The best part; we were able to beat out more competitive offers in the Denver market because of how quickly we were able to close with Zenith!
