I was rebuilding my credit and Zenith was recommended by my sister. I filled out a questionnaire online and I was told at the completion of the application that someone would contact with me. Someone contacted me within 24 to 48 hours and I signed for their program at that time. Zenith Financial listened to my story as to why and where I was with my credit and how I got to where I did. They listened to me through all of that. The young lady was good calling me back. If I left a message they would call me back and give me alternatives on how it could be dealt with. They did alright and I appreciate what they did. They should follow-up more often because the service was good.

They've actively pursued settlements for me. I'm always either emailed or called by the person that handles my services and they let me know how everything is going. They have been doing a good job for me so far. I feel good about it because it's a way for me to get things settled and taken care of. If I was doing this on my own it probably wouldn't happen at all since I don't know who to talk to or how to negotiate settlements. They have been excellent.

Also were honest with me, although I did not end up using their services. He was honest in saying he feels this is a better way to go for my situation. I was never charged a dime.
