Zack is awesome! From the beginning, I knew I could trust him and his advice. We were clueless going into this process, but Zack took so much time with us to explain the ins and outs. He is a great teacher! He made the more complicated parts of buying a home a lot easier to understand. And Zack is absolutely the best with communication. There was never a stupid question and his response times were always super quick. He also was in constant contact with our realtor, which came in clutch as we closed on our home. I highly recommend Zack. He definitely made buying our first home possible!

Stop! You need to read this. I have experienced interactions with real estate and mortgage and homeownership and I also work in the field that customer service is very valuable. My interaction with Zack has been by far the best interaction that I’ve ever experienced working with a mortgage officer. He’s communication has been continuous and accurate. He takes time To make sure you understand the process and works with you in regards to means of follow up without pressuring you. The steps and expectations were very clear during the process of my work with him which I really appreciate it. This did not take away from my extremely thorough yet efficient work ethic. He Even took time to have a chat about education and books regarding my particular goals in real estate which I appreciate it.
