I went in for an appointment on 2/3/22 to look at a couple of vehicles. Being honest I didn't have high hopes after a poor experience at another dealership the day before, but Luis Morales went above and beyond. I was beyond impressed with his professionalism, and was more than happy to explain anything I didn't understand about the car buying process. 10/10 would definitely work with again

The sales team went the extra mile to help us get us into a new car . They were very patient with us. Even though we changed our mind about what make and model we wanted. They worked hard to make it a great experience .

UPDATE: Cynthia is amazing! We ran into some issues after purchasing the vehicle and she was swift and prompt at correcting the issue. Great communication and customer service. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for a new vehicle Cynthia was amazing! I went in for a specific vehicle and she was so helpful as we are not from the Burley area. She was able to get us in for a test drive as soon as possible and was so attentive with what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Young Buick and Cynthia to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I was looking for a good car to buy when I went to Young Buick GMC and Jared Skaggs helped me and now I have a good car I'm so happy with the way things worked out thank you so much..

My experience went from good to horrible! My sales person Cynthia Bennett was very good at making sure things got taken care of up until the papers were signed. After that, it took them two weeks to get the used truck that I purchased ready for me to pick up. After two weeks I was told it was ready for delivery. When I showed up to get it it hadn’t even been detailed, washed or repaired correctly, and the fuel tank was on empty. And to top it all off, I now had a broken tail light and a broken door panel that I was told was going to be fixed along with the detail job when the parts showed up. That was the last I heard from that dealership. I have contacted them on more than one occasion for warranty work And I get bounced around from dealership to dealership because nobody knows two does what. I have since spent $3000 repairing things That should have been done before I picked up the vehicle. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

Luis Morales was our sales person. I had no idea at first what vehicle I was looking for, but Luis took the time to patiently show me different vehicles and helped me to make a knowledgeable decision on what would work for my family. That first day, we probably spent 2 1/2 hours test driving cars and getting in and out of front seats/back seats to see which vehicle was a good fit for my family. The vehicles on the lot were not quite what I wanted, so Luis found what I wanted at a different store (from the Young group of stores) and followed through until they were able to get the car delivered here for me to test. I appreciate all the time snd all the education I received from the experience.

I would rate this company as a 0 star if I could. I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 from Young about 5 months ago. I noticed within 2 days that I was getting a code saying low voltage. I took the truck in and they checked the alternator and found a battery cable loose. They thought this could be the issue. It wasn't. I took it back in a little over a week later asking if they would find out what was wrong and if it was going to cost me anything, not to do anything without calling me first. I received a call within a couple of days. They said they had tested the batteries and that one was not accepting a charge and the other was almost bad. They recommended replacing both for $500. I couldn't believe they had sold me a truck that needed two new batteries and would not cover it. They had the truck for several months before. I know this because their sales person showed me that it had always had its service done at Young and said it should have had a multipoint inspection before they put the vehicle out to be sold. I told them I would replace the batteries myself. They charged me $130 for the diagnostic though. I had also notice it was leaking coolant. I finally just broke down and took it to another mechanic. They told me it was the EGR cooler that was leaking. The EGR cooler is over $1000 for the part. Now I have to replace this part and it is all things that should have been found during their multipoint inspection. I have not had anything covered by Young. I feel like they sold me a vehicle knowing there were issues and did nothing to fix the problems. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I was traveling from Bend, OR back to Colorado in my 2021 GMC AT4 when I got a low tire warning as I was nearing Burley, ID about 5:30 PM on 10/8/2021 Went to a tire shop for repair and discovered that the last dealership that rotated my tires prior to this trip had failed to replace the key to the wheel locks. The next morning, Young GMC went above and beyond by quickly working me in, removing all the wheel locks, and repaired the tire. Everyone there was kind and professional. As I was waiting I was sent a short video by the service technician describing what repairs were made , what had caused the leak in the tire, and furthermore, the video included him ( his name is Robert ) inspecting the entire under side of my truck for any leaks or damage. In short, this is the best service I’ve ever gotten at ANY dealership in my fifty years of driving and owning vehicles. Thanks, Young GMC!
