Yosef is the agent you want! He builds his business by being a great agent, person, and has a strong sense of integrity. He has "a guy" for anything you need. Even if you need a roofer with 3 days notice the day before thanksgiving....he knows someone! Most importantly, his goal is to get you into the perfect house. After we saw one home and started bidding, a less than ideal situation occurred and he recommended we back out so we would not be put in a bad situation. He knows his stuff. The price he suggested for the house we bought, the appraisal came in at that exact price. The synergy that Yosef creates makes the home buying process as pain free as possible. My only regret is I'll not likely use his services again since I just bought myself my forever home! But if I do need an agent again, Yosef will be my first and only choice. After a very long and hard process of trying to sell our house with another realtor, Yosef got our house on the market and we had offers within days. In the meantime, he also found us our dream farm and worked actively to help us with financing and the right type of loan.
