Bought my first brand new car at York’s of Houlton. 2022 Camry Hybrid LE. My overall experience was awesome! Thank you to the staff for the best experience I could of asked for in buying a car. My fiance and I got a new to us vehicle yesterday from York's of Houlton Fresh Start program. It feels grandiose to say this but Amanda, Dushanbe, & Yorks really restored my faith in buying cars in town. I called last week with a question, not even really intending to buy a car, and in a matter of a few days Amanda and the gang created an opportunity that enabled us to be in a position with the down payment & the weekly payment we could manage. They didn't give us anything, and this isn't an ad, it's just the experience we've had. We had a minor issue that they are dealing with and even notified us of a minor recall issue they are taking care of. We were extremely Gun shy about getting a vehicle local after our last experience,but this has exceeded my expectations. I actually feel valued and taken care of, this is how I would expect a car buying experience to be. Amanda is amazing, she knows her stuff, and answered all our questions. If you have credit that's taken a beating (mine is terrible) they may be able to help you.

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Never purchased a new car. John, was easy to talk with, responsive to emails and calls. No pressure sales and financing was extremely easy. Great experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience, Kyle was energetic, and down to earth. I never felt pressured to buy, and I was treated fairly in regards to what I reserved for my trade in, and what I paid for my new to me 2018 Camry SE. I would highly recommend Both Yorks and Kyle for your next car or truck purchase.

Took vehicle in for diagnostic; come back in a week. Come back in a week for a 2-3 hour fix. Car went in on a Thursday morning, got it back Wednesday. No technician was first excuse, faulty part was second excuse, couldnt get the placement was next, followed by admitting that they had to put a new radiator in it at their expense! Car is running fine, just very inconvenient. Told me I needed a new O2 sensor. Fixed it, lights on dash went off, next day, all dashboard lights were back on!!! Great service in the door, but questionable going out!

Just happened to see a SUV we had been trying to find on the lot and my wife stopped to check it out. Manny came out to see if she needed help after some time. No judgement about anything even though the new ride was a lot of $$$. Very friendly and accommodating of us and our 3 year old daughter through the entire process. Mark and Eric were great to deal with as well. Would be happy to buy there again.

Took our vehicle to York’s for the first time and both service and customer service was stellar, from the initial call I made to schedule to the moment I left after the service. We thought our tires weren’t going to be able to be reused next summer as one had to be patched recently. They made a point to take a photo and come confirm that the tires are nearly new and check whether we want to keep them. And saved us nearly $1k next summer as a result. Their waiting area is well kept and all of the office staff were friendly as I waited.

The staff at Yorks were very pleasant and easy to talk with. Kyle Fitzpatrick made my first time vehicle buying experience and Emily Putnum was able to stay pretty close to my budget for financing.

I can't stop telling everyone about my experience at York's! I worked with Mark Chapman and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I had my eye on my Outback for about a week, chatted a bit with Chelsea through email and when I was able to make the drive from Bangor to Houlton she let me know the car was still available. I arrived and Mark got me right in it for a test drive. It was only a couple hours before I had my keys in hand driving off with my new vehicle! I love my car and the experience was worth the drive from Bangor! I'm so happy! Thank you Mark and the whole team at York's! You are the BEST!

Manny was just as excited for me as I was to be purchasing my 2013 Ford Escape. They stayed late on a Saturday to finish paperwork and get me out the door. Although it's a bit of a drive from Lincoln it was totally worth it. Will definitely be back for my next purchase, hopefully in a bunch of years!

The entire process was smooth and easy, from the initial telephone inquiry to negotiating the trade-in for my old vehicle to driving off with my beautiful new Toyota Prius. I also appreciate the location of York's Toyota. I would so much rather travel to Houlton than Portland or Augusta. No traffic, no hassles, just lovely Maine scenery. Beware that Kyle is not only salesman extraordinaire but also a Beatles super-fan, so be sure to budget in extra time if you have opinions on the Fab Four, lol! I had such an amazing experience working with a follow ginger, Kyle, while purchasing a 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I was having a hard time trying to find something new(ish) with low milage that I could get approved for at a decent price. I spoke with Kyle on the phone around 3:00pm and was able to get approved before they closed. The next morning I made the long drive up to Houlton, close to 200 miles one way, to pick up my new car. They had everything ready for me when I arrived, I just had to sign a few things and I was soon out the door with my new ride. I would 100% recommend York's of Houlton to anyone! I will be purchasing my next car from York's, just hopefully not anytime soon! This ride will definitely last me! :)

Was not impressed with the place. Was told one price by sales man and was charged a different price. Then Was told that the price was just lowered to what they charged us. This was watched for 3 weeks with no decreased. Do not recommend doing bussiness with them Will not be doing anymore bussiness with them.

Had to use a breaker bar and 2 ext pipes to loosen lugs after tire installation last week. Alum alloys don't need 500 lbs torque guys.

I was riddled with anxiety before I arrived but right after entering the doors the wonderful people there helped me immediately, we sat down at 8 this morning and by the end of the day I had a new car. Excellent service, extremely welcoming and wonderful people.

In the last 20+ years, my wife and I have purchased several vehicles and they have all been purchased from York’s of Houlton. We like to support the local economy and York’s is an easy choice since they offer an excellent product and service after the sale. My salesperson Kyle, a former student of mine, was enjoyable to work with and took great care of me during these trying times of COVID.

Recently I bought a used car from York's of Houlton and I wanted to share my experience. I don't usually write reviews but.. I just had to this time. The entire staff that I worked with during my car buying process with York's was in short, fantastic. I didn't have the best credit but right from the beginning they made me feel welcoming and comfortable. They worked with me and worked with me and then worked with me some more lol to get me into not only the car that I wanted but also one that I could afford. It is a great reliable car with low mileage, one that I look forward to driving for years to come. They were great, hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a car and have troubled credit or have stellar credit, either way I highly recommended York's of Houlton.
