Yolo Federal Credit Union G St, Davis

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent, wait times for every single transaction are exorbitant. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this financial institution unless you want to have a nervous breakdown.

Although the staff here are great, this business has some small issues such as ATMs not working properly on a regular basis. It's inconvenient, but they do listen when these sorts of issues are reported.

Literally 1-star hated it. Closed our accounts there. This bank is a joke that you can't laugh at because your throat is choked with bile and rage. I haven't called this bank once where my hands weren't shaking from the mind-blowing ineptitude. Their ATMs don't release your check for weeks; yes, we used THEIR ATMs, with full assurance that our pay would be released. And that has turned into a nightmare from which I WISH I could scream myself awake.

There were three people working and only one person doing customer service. I stood there for ten min and they all ignored me even though they weren't helping other customers.

Had a bad experience here. I bank with a different credit union. I use the drive thru ATM here as many others do. To have the ATM "eat" my cash. Went inside for help and it only got worse attitude right out the gate "can't help you call your bank". Ive been too 100 banks/credit unions none as bad as this.

Nice people but really slow teller service. Almost never more than one. So if you want in person banking, make sure you have plenty of time to spare. Maybe that's just the way all banks are doing it now but I miss the days of real service.

The team at Yolo FCU in Davis, CA is awesome. They treat all the members as if they are family and my experience with them was nothing short of spectacular! I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank You Shanna, Thania, and everyone else!!

Inconvenient hours on the weekends. But the ATM gets the job done.
