Cornelius and X5 Home Loans have been an absolute pleasure to work with since day one. Cornelius is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super responsive to any questions I send his way. From our introduction to Jake and the company, X5 Home Loans, through our impending closing date, we have been so impressed and thankful for the outstanding communication and incredibly diligent efforts which Jake has put forward. Wildly responsive and fantastic to deal with. Jacob went the extra mile every chance he got, to ensure our house closed on time. He worked late, responded on weekends, everything you could want. I've used a number of loan companies and this experience was on par with the best.

I can't praise the team at X5 Home Loans enough for the way they handled my refinance. Tom and everyone at X5 made the process extremely easy and incredibly fast. Every time I had a question I had a response in minutes. The system they used made it extremely easy to provide the needed documentation. It was obvious that the team at X5 had a ton of experience, my situation had a few unique aspects however the X5 team knew how to handle every part of the process. We met Jake shortly after we sold our home in November 2020 and worked with him to discuss numerous property breakdowns over the last year and a half. Numbers were huge for us! We ended up coming in $50 UNDER budget on our mortgage! Jake kept us up to date from start to finish, he even called the sellers personally to put in a good word for us! We were also able to sit down and discuss our loan breakdown in person instead of via zoom. You would be lucky to have him on your side!

Jacob and his team at X5 Home Loans helped us purchase our dream home! He was not the first mortgage broker we spoke but he was the first one to listen to us. My student loans are on a rate reduction plan and we wondered why the payment that was factored into our mortgage application was a so high. Jacob reached out to the lenders to find out if it was possible to use our rate reduction payment plan instead of a percent of the total loan amount in our application. This made it possible to drastically increase our max morgage amount resulting in us being able to afford a house in today’s market.
