My loan officer was Brent Cole. He gave us a pre qualification letter in March 2022 and told our agent that our loan was pre underwritten. After making offers on 7 homes and 3 contracts we finally were under contract to close.. we provided all documents and wrote several letters about a previous foreclosure. He stated the underwriter looked at info and we were good. 5 days prior to closing they looked at information again and Claimed they received new documents with a different foreclosure date, After 4 months and 5 days before closing. Brent Cole the weasel never called us to apologize or explain the change of plans. We were unable to close and lost $4,500 earnest money and $900 inspection along with $450 appraisal.Brent is a liar and unprofessional and I caution you Not to use Brent Cole, Justin Smith or Wyndham. They have No professionalism and did not take responsibility for failure to check on a foreclosure date 4 months earlier. Do Not use them, your money is at risk.

The 'Wyndham automated process was also beneficial since it made submission and tracking of all the documents I submitted very easy. Rolland Miller was the loan officer assigned to me as I started working on journey to refinance. Prior to going with Wyndham Mortgage I spoke to many lenders and loan officers but Wyndham experience was above and beyond. When I spoke to Rolland my quest to find a better rate and pleasant experience ended. No one could provide me with the service he provided. He gave me the rate that beat all other lending companies in the market and the experience I got working with Rolland was outstanding. He is very thorough, detail oriented, polite, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I was able to reach him quickly and anytime I emailed him or texted him or left a message he quickly responded. Ensuring he addressed all my questions and concerns. He took care of my refinance as if I was his family member. Some lenders dared me that there is no way I can get the package I got and Wyndham and your loan officer cannot get this closed but I did close with package promised to me. Entire process was handled flawlessly and personally over seen by Rolland himself. I would highly recommend going with him and working with Wyndham as they absolutely stand by quality and customer care. I would give them 6 stars all the way.

My loan officer, Taylor, was available at all times, seemingly, and answered my every question. I needed a lot of information along the way and he was most helpful and professional. The 70 day rate lock was great and we extended it one time. Patricia, likewise, was very helpful, patient and available. The closer helped get us across the finish line. Silk Title mishandled the address they sent the closing attorney and at first blamed us, before admitting fault. The first closing attorney was very energetic and eager, but was sent to my previous address, an hour away. Silk was able to reschedule the closing for the next evening. All in all, we are thrilled with the rate and loan and I will continue to recommend Wyndham and Taylor to my coworkers!

From my initial interaction with Moe, it felt right. I had shopped several lenders and everyone had the same rates. For me Moe was the wow factor. He presented the facts, offered suggestions when I asked but I never felt pressured. There was a brief moment when I was a bit nervous and he said, "I not worried". Those words gave me such comfort. That was the last time during the process that I was stressed about anything. If I had any questions, he was always accessible and always returned calls. I always felt like a priority and not just a number. He always kept in contact up until the time of disbursement. Phillip was efficient as well. When the loan moved along the pipeline, he called to introduce himself and to let me know kinda what to expect. To be honest, most times I contacted Moe as I felt more comfortable with him. I think I got emails from Jazmin but never spoke with her. Over all, everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. For me personally, emails are fine but I think at least an initial phone call gives a personal touch to the process. They all did a great job, and I can't say enough about the speed with which the loan closed. I was truly impressed and satisfied. Working with Kelli Denner was awesome. Kelli is extremely professional and puts in the extra effort to make sure we were confident the refinancing decision was right for us. Secondly, having looked into quotes from other mortgage lenders, Wyndham Capital Mortgage rose to the top as I did not see any extraneous fees in the loan documents. Again, working back through Kelli we were confident that the overall loan structure, including fees was very transparent and reasonable.

First, Wyndham did not blow up my phone every ten minutes like the competitors. My agent contacted with one voicemail, a text and an email and was able to work with whichever method I was available to use while at work. Second everyone was polite, professional and efficient. While searching for a solution, I came upon Wyndham Capital, who offered me an awesome rate, with more than enough time to pay the loan back. The Wyndham Team was very responsive. I got Kyle Harrison on the phone every time I called. Never had to wait on a call back. Every issue was addressed in a timely manner. I had not heard of Wyndham Capital Mortgage prior to deciding to refinance so I was cautious. I found my Loan Officer, Dylan Kirby, to be extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and accurate. He wasn't giving me the hard sell, just providing credible information. The first rate and associated costs (basically no costs) was as good as, if not better than, all of the other companies I contacted. Dylan, as well as the Loan Processor were very responsive throughout the process, up to and including the closing. One item came up in my final closing documentation provided the morning of closing. I contacted Dylan that morning and he had everything resolved and provided corrected (electronic) paperwork several hours before the closing. Their portal worked great for uploading and accessing all documents and the mobile notary worked great for the closing. I've already recommended to several friends with one of them closing with Wyndham today. I'm very pleased with everything associated with this experience.

Great experience on refinance for my home. Bryant, the loan officer, was really awesome to work with and we were able to secure an amazingly low rate. Saved us hundreds of dollars with very little up front fees. Processing went very smoothly and Jasma was able to get all our information uploaded and approved to close within 30-days. From rate lock to closing was 17 days! This is my second time doing a refinance with Wyndham in the past 2 years. Both times they beat the big-name competition (the ones who advertise on TV) in terms of rates, closing costs, lender's credits. My previous experience was also very fast, right around 3 weeks. They have a very user-friendly website to submit all required documents I needed to send and the website was regularly updated to show how far along I was in the refinance process, what steps I had completed and which steps remained to be done. I strongly recommend them.

I am extremely impressed with the help Curtis has provided through this process. He was timely, professional and patient with going over the details. It made the task much easier. Curits timely responses with changing quotes and updated information was big help in us winning the bid for the house. I search with 5-6 different lenders and Curtis help was a different standard all together. He was the main reason I went ahead with Whyndham and not with the other lenders. Note: Wyndham Capital did reach out to me and rectified the issue in a relatively quick manner. They also walked through the actions they were taking to train their employees to mitigate this issue in the future. I am putting this edit up as I believe all information is relevant. I do believe they intend to eliminate this issue going forward. End of edit. Do not use this mortgage company if you are in Michigan. They provided several GFEs and completely neglected to account for taxes due at closing (something that every other mortgage company does). In doing so, they raised my amount due to close by 20%, and only informed me 30 minutes after I was supposed to close (yes they delayed my closing as well)! They then argued that they couldn't possibly make an estimate on taxes due at closing despite the fact that it was public records, and again, any company you use in Michigan does that. When talking to them about this, they were completely disingenuous and talked down to me the entire time, despite the fact that they nearly lost the house for me. I would have walked away if I hadn't been in for too much in sunk costs already. Absolutely horrible company that did not seem to understand Michigan real estate laws.

Just had a refi and from start to finish it went extremely smoothly thanks to Tommy G. He told me how the process worked and how he takes care of his clients and he did that and more. It's refreshing in these times to have someone that does what they say they will do and a little extra and that was Tommy. We had a very positive experience working with Wyndham for our refinance. The rate we got was very competitive -- so much so that another lender literally did not believe me when I told them what it was. Our mortgage consultant was very responsive, informative, and friendly. When I was shopping for a lender, Wyndham's consultant was helpful without being pushy -- one reason I chose this company because the other reps I was talking to were too aggressive in selling their product. The application process was all done online using their secure portal, and the closing went smoothly. A great experience overall!

This was a totally painless experience. Greg Mealman was spot on, providing professional and efficient service throughout the mortgage experience. I had previously refinanced almost 9 months prior to this transaction - so the glitch was the waiting period before we could complete the transaction, but we were able to accomplish all the hard work prior to that time period and, we were right on schedule to finalize the paperwork. We just closed on our refinance loan. We had just finished building our house and had to get out of the construction loan. We started the application process with Mike, which went pretty smoothly. The longest step was waiting on the appraiser, and that we requested to change the loan terms. Initially, we wanted to pay off the construction loan with no cash-out, but after the appraisal report came in higher than expected, we decided to pay off some bills and take some cash out. Wyndham helped us with all these changes. Some other lenders wouldn't want to do this as it would delay the close, but Wyndham wasn't like that; Wyndham gladly met our requests. After a week I called and was told that it was going to review and I was assured a call back by the next day if anything else was needed. NOTHING! Sent an email, now on the website it has been showing this for a month We’re reviewing your application We’ll be in touch soon to follow up. Keep in mind, we may ask you for additional information. Sent another email and left a voice mail and still nothing but CRICKETS! I've wasted over a month to get this done from this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all.

The notary commented that he wished more mortgage companies would use the e-notary service used by Wyndham. We had attempted to refinance with another company but its backoffice was very difficult to deal so we sought another company and, fortunately, found Wyndham. The best part about working with Wyndham for my home refinance was working with Matt Deal. The level of communication was excellent. All the information was clear and understandable. Knowing about the required documents up front allowed me to stay ahead of the underwriting requirements and speed the process along. Any time there was an update in the process he was quick to let me know so I had very little uncertainty as the time-line moved along. He was also available as a point of contact whenever I had had any questions, even during underwriting and closing. I usually don't waste my time rating anyone online, but I needed to share my experience working with a mortgage company. From the time I made the very first call to contact Wyndham, I was very fortunate to speak to the mortgage consultant Taylor L. who offered me the best deal ever. Eventually, I accepted it and moved on to work with the loan processor, Angela T. The entire process went smoothly and not once have I been disappointed working with Angela and Taylor. We just completed our refinance and I cannot recommend this company more highly. The 2 agents assigned to my case (Corbin Skinner and Katie Davis) were there every step of the way - even when my prior mortgage company screwed up multiple times during the process. Most agents would have given up but they went the extra mile to work through all of the issues. It's refreshing to have a company and agents that always pick up the phone when you call - with other companies you never get the same person twice. This was a such a great experience. Amy Janine Gorbet, our Loan Officer, won the business with her creativity to combine our 2 houses, which resulted in more savings for us. When we decided to refinance with Wyndham capital, Kala Welch our Processor took over the process. We where very pleased with the communication and immediate response. Including the appraisal, we closed in 5 weeks. Before signing up with Wyndham, we started already the process with our home bank. (BOA). We have been told that it takes 6-8 weeks until we will be contacted. The day our loan with Wyndham was approved, our home bank contacted us to proceed with the submission of the documentation. Too late :-). They were friendly, professional and diligent. I cannot express enough how great of an experience working with them was. I will recommend them to all my family and friends in the future which is the best review of their services I can give.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Awful experience. Sales rep was very good, but once it goes to underwriting, communication was awful, no follow ups on their part. I had to constantly check in on the status, and they dragged their feet. Dropped the ball on multiple occasions, and could not complete the refinance due to lack of follow up on their part. They messed up and wouldn't make it right. Continued to let the rate lapse and I did everything asked of me within minutes. Now rates are higher and back to square one. Good rates but not worth the headache. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR MORTGAGE NEEDS

The main drivers of my decision were ultra competitive rates, low closing costs, and my loan officer really shined far beyond his competition. To say my agent was friendly and informative wouldn't do him justice. I am a tough client to deal with being in sales myself, but John Wise had a detailed answer to everything I could throw at him. The support staff was just as good and the portal for document upload was very easy to setup and complete. My loan closed in just 18 days after initiated even though I gave my agent the go ahead at 6PM on a Friday. The entirety of my interaction with the company was first class and the only thing that could've got me to actually log in and leave this review. This was my first time working with this company on a cash out refinance. They were fantastic, best rate among several competitors and everything was amazingly convenient. I did everything from home and was able to arrange a notary through them to come to my home to finalize everything. Despite doing almost everything virtually, I felt very connected to my broker and loan officer. They were both great and easy to communicate with.
