Wright Patt credit union is our credit union in Dayton, Ohio. The North West Branch ROCKS because of the employees.

This branch has the most terrible tellers that I have ever had wait on me . Always a problem depositing checks including payroll checks. They act like they don't know how to read or even do thier job properly. Been a customer for 25 years and am thinking of taking my buisness elsewhere.

Stay of this branch go to another one. Trust me I'm saving you a headache.

This post is not about a particular branch as my loan was done directly through a car dealer. I phoned today to WPCU to get a payoff on my vehicle, I was told a payoff balance that I did not think was correct. I dug a little deeper and finally someone at WPCU advised me that $1,465 dollars had been added to my loan for CPI insurance. I questioned why they had added that amount since my vehicle has always been insured. I was told they sent a letter and did not get a response so they added it. I asked if my insurance company had been sending them proof of my insurance, which my policy runs April through November, and the young lady responded yes but this was added because I did not respond too a letter. WPCU added 20% to my loan balance without a call to myself or my agent. Bad business practice from what I know as a popular credit union who claims to be on the side of its members. I will be letting others know of my experience. Edit: they did remove the fee on my loan account. I will be paying it off in full this week and severing ties with this company.

Huber height branch is horrible.needed to transfer funds from another account into my WP account instead of serving me she just said it wouldn’t let her transfer the large funds over🙄 me calling my other bank to find the problem WP never tried the trans action of the large amount WP is surely loosing my business .

Love this credit union I'm always in & right out if it's too crowded you can always find one of their ATM 🏧 .

I have been a member of Code Credit Union since the early 90s. And I have moved all my finance to Wright-Patt. I find their location to be convenient and customer service is excellent. I only feel for their employees the hours are insane. 6 pm is enough time for any working person to be able to accomplish their business,due to locations throughout the area.

This particular WPCU is an awesome Bank!! They stay busy, but generally, you're in and out despite the long busy lines both on the inside and at their multiple ATMs. Bigger banks can learn from the WPCU... Kudos to the WPCU and the staff members for all of their hard work, and for placing the customers FIRST!!!
