Wright-Patt Credit Union N High St, Columbus

I know this location gets some low reviews and it's often about the parking. I opened my account there and yes they only have virtual tellers, however, I was treated kindly and with urgency. People should consider the area. It's Short North, which is well known for difficulty parking and high ticketing. That is a city/neighborhood thing, not a bank thing. If you want to give a low review for parking at that location, then you could essentially say that about every business in that area. There aren't many drive-throughs in that area, if any. There is another location less than 10 minutes north on High street with free parking!

I Been with WPCU for Over 30 years Now . Even when they left Columbus for a short time. I still continued my Business with them. Some things I went to Dayton for, and some over the phone. They are an Amazing Creit Union. I even put my Children in.

Contacting this bank to start a business account for my properties in Dayton. I was treated very disrespectfully. They treated me based upon how i looked as opposed to the money i have. I will NEVER open an account or do business with this bank. Very disappointed.

Why is this place even opened of u can’t go in to pay ur car payment. Makes no sense. And they don’t have a drive threw. This location has always been my least favorite

It's so convenient to have a WPCU branch in the neighborhood! Glad they're open past 5:00 most days too!

Love that they have locations in Columbus now. We moved here from Dayton and have been in this location a few time. Everyone is great but Omar was the best. He opened up a new account for my husband and I and made sure that we had everything we needed and more. He even gave us a follow-up call and email which was great customer service. Would not bank with any other place. Wright-Patt is the best.

My biggest regret for opening an account there! I was very pleased with the banker (Amanda) who opened my account and I went there a few days later to get my car loan processed. The guy who attended to me was very ignorant and had the guts to ask me for a green card after giving him my paystabs and telling him that I'm a U.S. citizen. They're very bitter and ignorant people because I applied for an auto loan 50k which happens to be a small fraction of my income combining my primary job and the business I own plus a perfect credit score. I provided them with all my paystabs and also offered the guy my bank statements on numerous occasions but he refused and my statements had much more money in it than the amount I was asking for and I told him I would rather use my cash for my business and then pay a small interest on the car loan. He told me I was going to hear from him the same day but I don't know if I might hear from them today or next year just because they couldn't understand why a young African immigrant could come to their bank to finance a new Land Rover! I called their main line to find out why I haven't heard from them and a lady told me it's too much for them to finance a Land Rover for me if my last car loan was for a Toyota which I tool a loan of 19k. How stupid can that be if I have the income and the credit and I have absolutely no debt! Thanks to KEMBA for offering to finance the whole amount of the car for me because they respected me as a person and believed in my record but not the way I look and sound. Very ignorant and bitter people

There's no drive through at this branch. Tried to call and closed at 1pm. Fix the hours

Probably the 2nd worst bank I've banked with.

This is one of the new WPCU sites. They required a mask asked medical questions and did a temperature check upon entry.
