They've been my primary bank for years, and I haven't had any issues with them or their employees. Their online banking isn't so great though (or at least was the last time I tried to set it up several years ago, haven't tried since); the system for it felt very outdated.

I've had a pleasant experience with this bank thus far, we exceeded the max transfers between accounts one month and they waived all fees. Which was unexpected and much appreciated They have coin machine in bank as well
