She was quick to respond to any questions I had while starting up a new account with them. She and Dolores were great to work with, and I would recommend you call them for ANY banking needs you have. 5 Stars all day.

There are some minor drawbacks to working with a small local bank such as the lack of locations and online services when compared to a larger bank, but I would say there are significantly more positives. As a small business owner you are often overlooked by big banks, but the staff at Worthington makes sure you are taken care of. My favorite part is that I don't have to spend much time navigating the banks many layers. I can easily reach my go to employees Lexi and Dolores and they are always happy to help and if they can't help they will make sure they find the person who can. Lexi is always sure to follow up to make sure my issues are resolved. I highly recommend Worthington to any small business owner or anyone who wants a personalized experience and to be more than just another account number to a big bank
