My overall experience with world finance has been good. The employees have all been extremely helpful, kind, professional and prompt.

Wasted an entire day waiting to hear back from them after I submitted an application. I was assured I would hear back by the end of the day. I took the day off work so I could get help because I'm in a bind and they never called me back. I kept calling several times and even went down in person only to be told my application hadn't been processed. Finally called them on the second day only to be turned away with no options. Horrible experience. Recommended to no one. I will get a loan some place else.
