I was referred to Karen by a friend of mine, and my expectations were exceeded by millions. Karen is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was seeking financial advice for building credit & funding an emergency, and the services she provided were so educational and helpful. I would recommend again and again.

This is the only loan place I’ve ever used. I come back to them EVERY time!! Their customer service is unsurpassable! They ALWAYS work with me and I can’t tell you how much that is appreciated! They really are the greatest. All of the employees are kind, but ask for Ms Karen, she‘s a sweetheart 💛. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it.

You never really want to be in a position where you have to take out a loan but sometimes life happens and I’ve had to find that out at the early age of 21 😅 but with that being said Karen and Denise made the experience as friendly as I could possibly imagine this nerve racking experience to be! We based our 5 star review on the exceptional service that our tax preparer, Denise Martinez provided. She was very friendly, knowledgeable of her job, answered all of our tax questions, and prepared our taxes in a timely manner. If I had to describe Denise in one word, it would be professional.

Nobody likes going out & borrowing money, especially for unforeseen circumstances. But at World Finance in Temple there is a pleasant surprise. A really nice, clean place in a good part of town, super sweet folks working there, and a real, honest down-home type of atmosphere. And yes, they are fast yet very thorough making sure that the loan terms are understood by all. In fact, my wife & I sat around chatting with Karen for a good while after the paperwork was done. And yes, once approved, your cash is deposited into your bank account before you leave.

By far one of the best experiences I've had with loans. All the employees are very nice and helpful with questions. I really appreciate the courtesy call to remind me about my upcoming payment. World Finance has helped me as far as my loan and helping my credit go up. The payments are reasonable and they are very flexible. This store here the people there are so nice and treat you with respect. I have renewed my loan twice already because they are so flexible and my payments are not high and is continuing to boost up my credit. I recommend this place if you ever need help
