Ashleigh Mahafdeh was wonderful!! She worked super fast and was very thorough and sufficient!! She made this process easy and smooth! Honestly one of the easiest tax sessions I’ve ever had!! Would recommend her and world finance to anyone!!!

Maria Andrade helped me get a loan fast, quick and easy! Very professional and helpful! I have been a customer over 20 years. If I’m in a pinch, World has always helped me when I needed it most!

Don’t go here for any type of help. The manager is rude and hateful. She has no customer service skills and I’m pretty sure she is prejudice. I don’t know how she still has a job or why a company that claims to have great customer service would continue to employ a person like that. All I wanted to do was get a small loan for back to school and I figured since I had always done business here in the past I would go back since they always seem to help me out and be there for me. The previous manager was kind and had great customer service. I was very upset when I found out she was no longer there. I am very disappointed and I did take my business else where.

They are the best. Erika Cobain is the sweetest.she is great help always super sweet to me. And always answers all my questions. Everyone I sent to her have been happy with her

I am very disappointed in this establishment now. I’ve been using them for a little while now and was going in tonight to do another loan. I work in Addison so the drive is far. I called and spoke to a lady don’t know her name but said I would be there at around 6:45 well I got there at 6:50. They literally turned the lights off when I pulled up and door was locked and the lady that I spoke with said she would have the paperwork ready so all I would have to do is walk in and sign. The door was locked and there were 2 ladies sitting at the desks just staring at me. Don’t tell someone that you’re gonna do something and don’t do it. I went 50 out of my way that could have gotten me home a lot earlier but that was because I did like this place and the people.
