I have been a customer at this location for 3 years, I have no idea where Mike is. There is now a new manager and she is not as humble as Mike. I filed my taxes on January 25, 2021. I call every 2 months to check the status of my taxes. One time the manger was out the office for 2 weeks and she still didn't call me with an update. Last night I tried to use the where's my refund app and when I put my information in, it said I never did a tax return. So I called world finance this morning to let them no. The worker advice was to call the IRS office I told her I been calling them all year and never got a person. The worker suggested that I go into the IRS office, I told her you have to make a appointment you can't just go in due ti COVID-19. The worker then took down only my last name, my phone number and how much was I to receive on my taxes. She told me she will give this information to her manager. I want everyone that is working for a company to understand You Don't own the company you are an employer if you don't like your Job find another 1. Do your job, don't just have people come in to do their taxes if you are not willing to update the People if things has change on their refund. I can't believe I have to go to a new tax place this year because the new manager and new workers are only there for a pay check and to keep the office clean.

Jonna was the best she was very friendly and kind she was very helpful she may my visit very welcoming and comfortable I highly recommend the Griggs location everyone is very help and kind they answer everything u ask in details and they help u understand everything and make it very easy and comfortable ill always come to this location
