Been dealing with World Finance for a very long time. They helped my husband establish his credit. And when I had to reestablish my credit they helped me. The girls at the Lebanon and Mt Juliet branches are amazing!!!

This is the best place hands down to go for a loan. The ladies Savannah, Kelsey, and Paula are all amazing and very friendly. They put in the work to get you approved and everything done as quick as possible. They do everything they can to work with everyone regardless of the situations. Very professional in every way. If you need a loan this is definitely the place to go.

This is the only loan place where I enjoy getting a loan! Their kindness, efficiency and care is awesome! Kelsey and her team always makes you feel appreciated and never pressured. I have several places that like to offer me loans; however I feel obligated to WF on West Main Lebanon TN because of how they make you feel! Thanks!

I went into World Finance to see if I could get more on my tax returns than what I did at other tax prep places, and let me tell you they delivered!! Also they where all VERY NICE! I will most definitely be filing their next year. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

The wonderful ladies that offer the epitome of friendliness and professionalism, Tina and Holly, were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very patient with me during the approval process and even went so far as to invite me back monthly to do somewhat of a loan reversal where I would actually pay them.

They had very friendly staff they were very helpful and patient with helping me with my loan ! They also helped me file my taxes and got back more than I thought.

The lady's at World finance Lebanon are amazing! Kelsey, Anna, Paula, and Savanna are amazing in every way, they explain everything to you as well as talk to and make you feel comfortable. I don't know what I would do without the wonderful ladies of world finance. 🥰

I’ve been using this World Finance location for a few months now and every time has been a wonderful experience. Everything from the office being clean and the employees are professional and friendly. The customer service in office and over the phone is just a wonderful experience. If you happen to be late on a payment (or two) they are very understanding and will always find a way to work with you. That’s my experience up until last Tuesday. I was told I could refinance my loan income pick up the money and some paperwork so I drove from Nashville to Lebanon with my car on it the understanding that I was going to have that money so I can put more gas in my tank. After I get all the way up there and find out that I’m not able to get the money that day because not enough days have passed since my last payment.So of course I’m upset possibly using some foul language as I’m sitting in Lebanon wondering how I’m gonna get home trying to figure something out rose finance calls me back and says that I can come in and they will personally give me $20 out of their pocket so I can have gas money to go home. I didn’t wanna take it at first but I did they were very kind generous and understanding. That one out alone shows me what kind of employees World Finance I should hire any more kind of experience let me in a lot of other people have experienced and will experience in the future I definitely recommend World Finance for any of your loan needs filing taxes any of that because they go out of their way to make sure the customers taken care of.

This has been hands down the best experience in securing a loan. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy!! I recommend World Finance to anyone needing some peace of mind.
