Marina with THE WORST customer service ever! Can’t even call it customer service because she kept cutting me off! What adult does that to another adult. No common courtesy WHATSOEVER. She answered the phone “Thank you for calling world finance, this is marina can you hold” before I even was able to reply “sure of course take your time” she had already slammed the phone. I held for over 10 minutes until I called back and she said “if you want to be helped call back in 30 minutes!” (Imagine I would have been on hold for like 45 minutes lol smh) I was going to refinance my loan but just decided to wait for another day because couldn’t finish the phone call without letting it kill my vibe. I get it she’s probably frustrated at work having to work or something but might as well call in if your not capable of remaining professional. It’s no one else’s fault. In all fairness I should add that I’ve NEVER in my over 4 years of dealing with world Finance had this problem with anyone at this location. That’s what makes it worse for me.

Ms Hernandez is very professional helped me with my loan I will highly recommend this place to anyone they came in just when I needed them thank you guys y’all are all amazing!!! Happy Holidays

I just want to say the process was so quick. The staff was so friendly, I never thought getting a loan would be this easy. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a loan to come here, and they do taxes. Awesome.
