I’ve always had a good experience with them it’s a very friendly environment. I’ve had 2 loans through them an if I ever need another I’ll go use them again I recommend them to anyone that needs a loan

Had my taxes done with them and received them back within 2 weeks! Also helped me get my stimulus checks from 2020. See Jaysa! She was very charming and professional. I will be coming back again for my tax return next year!

I really think the only thing holding them back from 5 stars is the amount of phone calls you get if you are just one day late. I also don't understand why you cant just leave a message and wait a few days to see if payment is made vs. calling everyday till payment is made. But no disrespect to the people who work here i know there just doing there jobs.

i am giving you a 3 because your phone service is awful the say that you are open from 9 to 5:30, but you dont say that Saturday is only til noon and then I called the first time from 11:55 a.m. eather my clocks are wrong or they left a few minutes early. anyway I will call again on monday but we should be able to make company our payment by computer or you should make it so you can just take my payment on the due date every month from my bank account. every other company I have ever dealt with has done that for me. Now I am going to be late because my payment was due today. please fix the message on your phone to let people know you only have a half of day on Saturdays. and could you please fix it so we can pay on line or you could take the payment monthly from our account. that way you get your money on time every time and we don't have to worry about it. Thank You. if you can fix these issues you'll get 5 stars from me. the people that I have talked to are always very polite and do a wonderful job. thank you very much Diane M. Bland

I have no issue with them calling and telling me my payment is due, or even that it's late. I never avoid them, I answer or call right back. What I do have a issue with is the manager that calls. I can't think of her name. It is a unusual name. Shawna or something, she always calls and says this is Shawna and nothing else. I always ask who she is and she always gets mad I don't remember her. She literally got mad today, ask me why I am always rude? I told her it was not my top priority to remember her name! Why not call and say hey this is Shauna with World Finance.......I will be contacting corporate office. Really you're not that important and we are not friends why would I remember your name? It's a shame really the other lady in there is so nice. I watched Shawna several times give the other lady ugly looks, and several times talk to people like they are stupid.

Victoria is awesome, go see her for your financial needs, top notch service.
