Had a great customer service experience with Jennifer! She was very attentive, helpful, friendly, and understanding when I expressed my concerns. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family if they need to switch banks.

we went to 3 different banks prior to woodforest and the service we received was terrible. when we came to woodforest we were greeted by the sweetest lady named Regina and she provided us with excellent service when opening our accounts. thank you to Regina for being very kind and incredibly helpful. -Isabella Hewitt :)

In my opinion most banks are pretty much the same. Show up deposit money, pick up money, whatever, and they charge you money. I'm not mad they have to make money. Customer service is what sets them apart, and let me tell ya Haley Svrcek sets the bar high for her and her staff. I normally make it once or twice a year and I don't expect anyone to remember me, but ever since Haley opened my account and she always greats me with a smile and "Hey Mr. Kyle!" And she is always very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the rare occasion she's not there, her staff does the same!! The little things like that, make me not change banks. Haley and her staff make me not hate going to the bank.

I've never had a problem with this branch until I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. When I reported it to them, they issued me a new debit card (which I had to pay $15 for) and let me know that my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. 6 days later they call me and tell me that they forgot to have me sign some type of dispute paperwork and that I need to come in and sign it before they can do anything else. My questions: A) why did they forget to have me sign the paperwork? I was there for about 30 minutes dealing with all the mess, they dropped the ball on that. B) why did it take them until 6 days later (the money should have already been back in my account by this time) to call and let me know that I need to come sign these papers? C) why did they wait until 4pm on a Saturday to call me and let me know? They close at 5pm and are closed on sundays so I had to wait until Monday to go in and do anything. So unhappy with them! Next stop, corporate

Just want to give a shout out to Kate Connor. She went above and beyond for me today and words can’t possibly describe how grateful I am for her. I was a literal ball of stress before walking in and she turned my whole day around. Thank you Kate!

My wife and I have a checking account here, we wanted to open another type of account that was better interest. The employees were great, very positive and helpful. It takes a lot for me to give a positive review, trust me on this. But I do not exaggerate when I say these guys are great at this location. We actually live near Kemah and there is a Woodforest inside the Walmart there. All the employees there are so rude and negative that we drive all the way to Webster to bank at Woodforest near El Dorado street. I honestly don’t know why they are all rude and have an attitude, but they are.

This location has always given me the best experience! Whatever problem I may have, they find a solution. They greet their customers like family. Its so calming to know I have this location to depend on. I had a really bad experience with almeda that made me want to close my account. But this location has made me more than happy! Everyone is very kind! Love my friendswood location!

I love woodforest and i would never or could never change banks ever. They gave me a loan when no other banks would, I even have all my children and family here as well.
