Woodforest National Bank Walmart Dr, Ebensburg

They ignore my phone calls. I have been calling the Ebensburg branch every day for the past 5 days. I left a message on Friday and they still have not called me back. I just need to close my account, again. I signed papers to close my accounts, but two weeks later they were still open. So, I had new charges pending, I called customer support to get those charges rescinded. The last thing they told me was to call and have my accounts closed again. Ebensburg has not answered or called me back. I blame the manager.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. The manager has an attitude and she needs replaced. One other female that works here is exactly the same. Hope she is replaced before she trains more horrible employees. I would rather drive to east freedom branch to avoid either of there two horrible employees. They are only here to inconvenience the customer not help.

Lady helped my grandmother but had an attitude this marks the 3rd time her account was hacked and she was just rude and argumentive about the fraud on her account. Neck rolling and gave her a gentlemens id instead of her own... Thats how fruad happens!

I have had a bank account with this bank for 6 years and i have never had a problem, service is wonderful and the staff is very polite!

Very rude try to say I had a fake cashier check that a company that is real sent me

My boyfriend and I have a joint account there and they always give him issues cashing checks ect when his name is also on the account! Same with me cashing personal checks from my grandmother that is in a wheelchair and no longer like to leave the house. She writes me checks to cash and get her what she needs throughout the week/month. Seems everytime I go there they have attitudes or there’s some type of issue. I also would give zero stars if it were an option.

We had a check drawn on this bank and account owner was there with us. The check was made out to me and I was told I needed a checking account opened in my name to cash his check to me. One woman I assume was the manager came towards us and stated we had this discussion yesterday. I was told I should go to my own bank. They finally cashed the check but were not professional. My wife and I will never use this bank in the ebensburg walmart again.

The staff that work here are fantastic, very professional & courteous. Their friendly attitude is awesome. I'll never use another bank.

Interacting with the personnel was awful, unprofessional, unkind, malicious, mean, and unnecessary. I would not recommend this bank.
