Woodforest National Bank Town Center Loop, Waynesville

Updating an already bad review! I have been trying to call forever. Why do these employees never answer the phone!!!!??? I'm calling about MY money!!!!!!!?????? Okay 5 hours later...... Why no warning!? This bank is a freaking nightmare.

Great spot for a bank. It's convenient and the only bank that's open on Sunday. They have accounts available for people with bad banking history, and do direct deposit a day before it would normally post. There are usually only 2 people working, sometimes 3. So if there's a customer needing a time consuming assistance, you may have to wait in the line for a minute. I never waited more than a few minutes. Also, the end of the month is their busiest time so try to avoid those last couple of days. The manager (Jack I believe) is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful.

The workers I have talked to have to been very nice and listened to me well. But there was one worker who was snarky with me and correcting me in my small talk. It was very awkward and I didn’t appreciate that.

Can never cash a check no answer they say that they are short handed so dont open an account there

Can anyone confirm that this location is closed permanently??

Ryan (manager) is always Awesome. The girls who work here are very sweet and professional. I hate the "new hours" because I work 3rd shift but they do stay open til 6pm which is a plus.

I really love this bank I have been there for several years! But due to staffing issues in the Waynesville branch I have no choice but go elsewhere I really hate to do that!

I don't bank here but I have occasionally had them give me change a twenty into one ten a five and five ones and they do. no problem. the staff are always nice.

I have banked here about 3 years! Love the customer service, they call you when you have suspicious activity, and the fees are minimal!
