Woodforest National Bank Cooper Creek Dr, Mocksville

I own a multi million dollar retail corporation, I know that if one of my customers showed up early to purchase items I would open the door gladly. The unprofessional, and chaotic environment this company spews, is the exact reason I switched all my accounts to another bank. I’ll just keep adding to this. Twice in the last two weeks I have come here and waited for them to open at 10am. Last week I waited 23 minutes, now I’m still standing here waiting for them to open. It is 10:04am, let’s see when they open. 2 clerks, they have taken one customer. I’m suppose to be next, still waiting. 10:07 am finally taken care of.

When I say it's the worst bank ever that's an understatement the Teller they had on Saturday needs to be gone immediately also they lost my POA paperwork please explain to me how does a bank lose paperwork that important if they think for a minute I'm letting this go unattended they are wrong

I have been a customer of this bank for 10 years. All the employees a super nice and helpful. I love the fact they are open everyday.

I had a horrible experience at your Branch in Mocksville, NC with a rather large sloppy man behind the counter. He was very rude and I would like to speak to someone about this ASAP

I've been dealing with this Bank for meany years I've seen bank tellers and mangers go through the year's but all in all it's still a good bank

I've had two accounts with this bank. When I went to close out the first account I told them to make sure to sure all transactions were complete. It took four times going back to pay for their screw up . They did waive the fees because it was their mistake. I recently opened a new account with them. I made an agreement with Clark Fox the manger of the Mocksville Branch about this account that certain fees would not be added to the account to the following concerning a joint account . A couple weeks later I went in to make deposit . Part cash the other a check for my joint account holder. At this time Clark Fox refused to stand on the agreement he and I had made just days earlier. Clark Fox is a lair and will say anything to get you to open an account with this 2nd rate bank. My advice is to look else where for a decent bank .

The tellers are very nice and helpful and remember me by name! Anytime I have had a problem with my account, the manager, Clark always takes care of it promptly.

This branch never answers the phone nor returns calls when u leave a voice mail

About every three months my card declines and I know I have money on it and I have to get a new card , otherwise a great
