Woodforest National Bank PA, Ono

I’ve been with this bank since 2015. And have always been helped on major problems. I’m so greatful to the staff that has sat down to calm me down and get my problems resolved. All I can say is I’m a senior who enjoy having help with my account in the store so I can see old school teaching. Thank you all at Woodforest for being my bank. ❤️

So I went in to Walmart to use the Woodforest bank I’m I have an account there, I wanted to change my check only $1000 yes one thousand ONLY I ask for large bills $100 please. Banker states “ I don’t have any large bill, I have $20. Question: Did I ask for $20. I look at her she was dead serious. I said let me have my check and took it 10 steps to Walmart Money Center. Changed my check got my large bills No problem. Wood Forest needs to get with the time. I felt like I walked to a third world food market.

Banking staff is always professional and polite. Also, they understand your needs.

I can honestly say since day 1 my mother opened her account I had nothing but bad experience in this bank. I hate the fact that they are only located inside Wal-Mart so I have to find parking to go inside a store to go to bank, top it off since day 1 I have never gotten along with any of the girls that have met in there. They are rude and sometimes just don't understand when I speak to them and do things their own way. My only favorite person is Michael which if I'm not mistaking he's a manager. If he's not there I don't like to run my mothers errands because I'm always running into trouble. Today after a while that I've been there I see there's a new lady and she's rude because she's dying to clock out at 6 and go home so she's trying to get rid of me. If I knew her name I would mention it but I don't. I'm just tired of this damn bank, I just got out of work and I didn't look to see what time the bank was closing so I running late doesn't mean you have to be nasty but it the next few weeks I'll be closing her account.

They are Sooooo unprofessional, bad Attitude and it’s like you’re getting on their nerves for asking a question, not friendly at all know wonder their rate is Low I think that maybe some Coaching might help

Despite being overworked and likely underpaid the staff at this location remain pleasant, informed, professional and represent the diverse community they serve.
