Went over early before it got hot, did my shopping first since it wasn't 9am yet, and that's what your site said, that you opened at 9. I checked out at 9:17 and came over to get a couple check registers, and no one around.

10-3-19 Had a problem with an Atm transaction waited for bank to open. staff made no effort to resolve the issue. I no longer plan use that Atm if that is how they want to treat a customer

Love Woodforest! Have banked with them about 10 years. The branch in Cirsicana has awesome tellers. Always helpfull, always a smile on their face. 😊

Love the girls (and guys) that work here. Great customer service! Only 4 stars because PLEASE CHANGE YOUR OPEN HOURS. Thought they were open 1-5. Drove all the way across town specifically to go to the bank. They were closed. Please update for your Covid hours.

Wonderful customer and banking services. We chose this bank because they are open 7 days a week, and later than most banks, so that we could make it there after work. Great employees and manager! Wow, I can’t get a roll of quarters without being a member? They have a branch in Walmart Corsicana. I’m SO SORRY I bothered them. Customer service. There’s none at that bank!
