Woodforest National Bank Norman Station Blvd, Mooresville

Initially I did not want to open an account here, personally. With that said, I Just opened multiple business accounts and a personal account here and I have to say, the people and staff are great (shout out to Deena, Batina, and Matthew). They helped guide me through decisions on which accounts to open for my business, which ones not to use, and even helped me with starting a line of credit to get my business "credit" started. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend this location and the people that work here. Kudos to this team!

My husband and I have been account holders here for just under a year. My first great experience comes when my husband was in the hospital. We had gotten hit with 3 overdraft charges, but we couldn’t get to the bank to deposit his check. Cindy and her coworkers were able to get them waived for us. The bankers here are so customer service oriented, and they seem to have a personal relationship with everyone they interact with. Setting up my account was painless. Adding my husband was easy. Super convenient. The only thing I don’t like is their 1800 service.. they always tell me I have to go into the branch and once while I was out of state it couldn’t get there, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me until I went into the branch. But every time I do end up in the mooresville branch the bankers are ready and able to help.

Called repeatedly on a Sunday morning at starting at 1215. Kept getting voicemail. Really how busy can a bank be at 1215 on Sunday? Called for 20 minutes straight till some one finally answered. Was inquiring about notary service. I was told they have a notary present on Sunday but they weren't comfortable notarizing car titles. BS! These guys are just not comfortable having to work! RIDICULOUS! CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

Spoke to a lady about my account situation as I was trying to ask a question I was told “ if you would let me explain” in the rudest tone. Maybe if it was explained correctly the first time I wouldn’t have to keep asking the same question to get an understanding of what is going on with my account. As a person who works with the public being rude isn’t the way to go and is unprofessional.

Have been with them for a few years now, and never have had bad any experiences. The employees at the Mooresville branch always go above and beyond if they are unable to do something, it's not because they don't want to. It's simply because they can't. My husband and I are always made to feel welcome, and leave feeling good about our experience.

Horrible expierence today! Being a account holder I was told they couldnt cash my check and if I deposited it it would be held up to 7 business days. Went to Mocksville branch I was able to cash my check and put the half as I wanted on my account with instant access and not being held at all! Mocksille branch goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

Love this bank....open all the time and lots of locations around country

This place is horrible they never answer the phone and my money keeps coming up missing and they won't help me get it back I'm going somewhere else this place is a joke
