Woodforest National Bank Commonwealth Dr, Norton

Does this branch even have managers? I've been trying to get ahold of a manager for well over a month via telephone and going by the Norton Branch. I keep being told the managers aren't working today, they have stepped out for a bit, they have already left for the day etc. I have went at various times of the day, and have never been able to reach a manager. I mean honestly at this point I have decided to switch banks. I honestly believe the managers never work at this location.

One great thing about this bank is that they offer 'second chance' checking accounts for those who have problems opening an account with most other banks. A few years ago, that was exactly what I needed in my financial situation. The problem is when I moved to Florida, there were no branches nearby, so I ended up switching to another bank.

Good hours and lots of midwest branches in Walmart. Abrupt policy changes have upset me in the past. Average....its a bank.

Customer service is lacking. They can't help you with anything if you can't get off work to walk into their branch. I called a branch in Texas and was taken care of immediately, very convenient.

Very often there cash deposits made in account and somehow they get misplaced or lost in someone pocket this has happened over and over and over Woodforest makes it right when I call them and tell them the receipt number so watch it at the branch my advice

I have been trying for almost 3 months to change my address out of state so that I can’t still keep them as my back because in all honesty, they are really nice people. I guess I’m ticked off because EVERY time I called in the manager who I need to speak with is either never there or around the Walmart ?? It’s very unprofessional. They asked me to send them information through an email and still nothing back from 3 months ago ..... the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with a bank ever in life !

Bank has excellent hours and a friendly staff. Great place to go if you have had banking "difficulties" in the past. I would have rated it 5 stars except it is located inside Walmart and I avoid going to Walmart as much as I can.

My old lady uses this bank and has never had any problems
