Woodforest National Bank Premier Blvd, Roanoke Rapids

If I could leave no stars, I would. The branch in Roanoke Rapids NC, is never open on time. The bank is supposed to open at 10. The people who work here always have an attitude, be talking among themselves, while you are in line waiting to be called up. They have absolutely no professionalism. Just as soon as I can, I will be moving my account to another bank.

Manager and officer don’t want to work, I am always waiting so long.

I'm 48 years old i have been using this bank since 2008 and i love it the people that work there are like family and they are very understanding of your needs .

This bank used to be mediocre but now has a new manager and some new employees that provide amazing customer service.

They never answer the phones. Therefore customer service is zero

This place or location in general is horrible. They are very unprofessional and rude. My fiance had just opened an account last weekend and went in there today to deposit money from his employment card (paycheck) and the manager was highly unprofessional and rude. Treated him lilke he stole the card and it has his information on the card. A gentlemen that he works with was even present and said this woman was very rude, She said she kept just saying they were short staffed and and the guy that was with him was there to open a new account and he said she acted like she didnt even want to be bothered to do it.

Not worth the time an they take ur money an they charge you extram for over draft charges 32.00 a wak is sumthing stealing from one an over chargening is in really

It was to the point. She provided details to support her view. She was not rude or employ abusive language.

The agency where very respectful and polite every visit.

The employees are always sweet and helpful.
