Was helped right away with opening an account. Everyone was plesant. It only took about 15 minutes max to get the paperwork done. That's faster than most banks. Debit card is ready at that time. Great service.

Never answer the phone. Cost me a couple hundred dollars in monthly fees telling me to do Banking GPS to switch from a second chance to regular account, turned out to be false. Constantly giving the run around on issues. Might as well just shut this branch down.

The drive-through tellers are fast and courteous. I was in and out in 2 minutes. God bless.

The cashier Jasmine is the worst employee I have ever encountered and the rudest person I have ever met! She not only completely misundertood us, but was unattentive, hostile, and arrogant. She was so busy trying to be right that she did not even listen to what our concern was and she ended up messing up the transaction. As a result, I had to call Customer service to get it revoked to then do it all over again. She didn’t even apologize, even with the managers intervention.

I just had a conversation with the new manager and she is trying to resolve the phone calls that go un-answered I believe she has the resolve to fix the problem. I banked with this bank in Houston for 19 years you couldn't beat their service.

My customers love being able to do business with us on the weekend and the staff and management at Woodforest in Big Spring have consistently gone above and beyond for us. We never had our business accounts here before & the manager, Mr Cisneros made the transition smooth and easy for us. I highly recommend this branch. We have accounts at BofA and CapitalOne in DFW but I can honestly say that the customer service is nowhere near what we get from Woodforest in Big Spring.
