Woodforest National Bank Farm to Market 2920, Tomball

We have used Woodforest for probably about 15 years. Over the past year or so, this bank has gone down hill quickly... at multiple locations. Poor customer service, rude, and when they made a huge error on my accounts, the manager at the Louetta location wouldn't even come out of his office or return my calls. At the larger Tomball location, across from Lowe's I've made several deposits using the drive thru. The tellers didn't greet or thank me any of those times... not a peep. They just return the deposit receipt and that's how I know my transaction is complete. The pandemic has affected all of us in one way or another but poor customer service is not acceptable especially when there are too many other options out there to do business elsewhere. I am now primarily banking with Chase and the level of attention and customer service is what Woodforest used to be... possibly even better.

Drive thru service in the morning is GREAT! Afternoon drive thru employees are to occupied having a conversation with each other nor can ask you how may they help you. You as the employee working there should be servicing the customer not the customer servicing the employee. Drive thru department needs management help. I wasn’t Greeted hello when I got there nor was I greeted goodbye

This place used to have knowledgable staff. Now they suck. I have had 2 back to back bad experiences. The first was in the drive-through when I deposited my check and got cash back. I asked for the bills denominated in a particular way and they didn't do that so I sent the cash back in and asked that they return the cash in the denominations listed on the deposit slip. They then asked if I kept $200 of it and I said no. It took them a half hour to count down all their drawers and finally deliver my cash in the format requested. Yesterday my daughter, who is on my account and has her own account here went to put cash in her account so I gave her a check to deposit and get cash back for me. I filled out the deposit slip, with my check and my wife's check and they refused to deposit my wife's because she wasn't in the car and refused to give her cash back because I wasn't in the car. She had both of our licenses and we are all on each other's accounts to make things like this easier. Besides refusing service, they also gave no deposit receipt for my transaction nor did they return my license, which means now I have to go up there today and try to get it back. There was no apology the first time they screwed up and I'm sure there won't be one today.

Love this locations friendly and knowledgeable tellers and staff.

I just moved my accounts over to Woodforest and I can say that so far the experience has been fantastic. The employees at this location are very friendly. Also the app for your Android phone does a great job doing mobile deposits and other things that you can use to check your accounts.

I opened a commercial account for my company at this branch. I will definitely be moving my account to another bank. Since day one I’ve had nothing but problems and push back. This is worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not deal with Pam or anyone at the branch for that matter.

Really disappointed they are completely closed for some reason and no one updated this information on the internet.
