The employees of this bank were so amazingly helpful with me. I would Highly recommend to all my friends and family to use this bank. I was treated with such Respect and dignity ‼️‼️ A special thank you to the man and woman who helped me open an account and helped me transfer money You both are wonderful people. I showed up here with 20 mins to quitting time. The guy there Travis was AMAZING. He was hella friendly and so helpful! I picked this bank because they have the hours I need. I work 5am to 6pm everyday and they still will be open on certain days!

Ive been at this bank around ten years , go to the atm non customers drain it dry, but we customers have to go to customer service at Walmart to get money have to pay three dollars to get money , if they would jack those non customers atm prices up it might give us bank customers a chance , now im retired on social security not ssi but since they didn't put any deposit in today it will cause the atm to be dry from non customers, most banks gives those out 3 to 5 days early and I can prove that got family that goes to these other banks .....

Travis Malone the retail banker of Corbin ky branch was extremely helpful. He explained it in a very simple way. I'm never going to use any other bank except Woodforest National Bank. Travis made it such a short and simple process that all I had to do was bring my ID and it only costed one dollar to open an account. No strings attached!
