I want to personally thank Brittany at Woodforest National Bank, Winchester, Ky. I went to my bank (CTB) this morning, drive thru, to get a cashier's check. My bank teller is very sweet, but she was out of checks. So I had to take cash to WFNB and Brittany was so helpful! Getting a cashier's check was a last minute decision, due to the winter storm coming , we didn't want to be traveling this weekend in a storm. Brittany has always gone above what she needs to, what times I have had to go to her branch for things like cashier's checks, money orders, Western Union, ect...!! Doran, WFNB Hamburg, Branch Lexington, Ky, always goes out of his way to help customers and non-customers also at his branch!! Thank you both for all you do!

I really appreciate the fact that they offer banking 7 days a week. Makes it easier for me when I have debits that come out on Mondays and realize on Sunday that I need a little more cash in there before it happens. Thank you for your service

If you are gonna order anything online do it with PayPal because if you have to dispute a purchase woodforest will not get your money back!

Best bank I have ever had the pleasure of banking with. I have never had any hassles with them & they are open seven days a week. Huge plus for me! The only downside is that they don't have any ATMs in more of the surrounding areas so I always get stuck with that ATM fee going to another bank's pocket. Other than that I love banking with them.
